China Billionaire Wang Wenxue's India Industrial Zone Plan Advances

China Fortune Land Development, a Beijing-headquartered industrial real estate developer led by billionaire Wang Wenxue, said Friday its board backed a tentative agreement to help develop an industrial zone in India.
